Registration for the 29th Annual MSU College of Education Technology Conference, to be held on Saturday, October 27th in Erickson Hall on the Michigan State University campus is now open. As mentioned in previous announcements, this year the conference is FREE OF CHARGE for all attendees, while still offering a great keynote address from Alex Couros from the Faculty of Education, University of Regina, morning sessions, and hands-on afternoon workshops. Space is limited for workshops, so register early to reserve your spot.
On the day of conference, doors open at 8:15 a.m. and light refreshments will be served in the lobby of Erickson Hall. The keynote address will begin at 9:00 am in the Erickson Hall Kiva. Morning sessions follow the keynote and are scheduled from 10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 11:15 am to 12:00 p.m. Those that sign up for an afternoon workshop are provided with an hour and fifteen minutes to grab lunch at the International Center or at several great restaurants on Grand River Avenue, which is a short 10 minute walk from Erickson Hall. A map to lunch options will be provided. Hands-on workshops begin at 1:15 p.m. and conclude by 3:00 pm. More details about the conference agenda can be found on the official conference web page.
